The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, including the metro station Taksim. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They were always ready to assist us with any requests, such as arranging transportation and even delivering food to our room. The spacious apartments were incredibly comfortable, with big beds that made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the range of amenities available, from the in-room safe to the soundproofed rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions.
